All orders are dispatched from our regional warehouse. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has shipped.

Returns Policy

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for any unopened, unused product in its original packaging.

To initiate a return, contact us at hello@sparklane.store with your order number. We will provide return shipping instructions within 1 business day.

Conditions for return:

• Product must be in original, unopened packaging
• Return request must be submitted within 14 days of delivery
• Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the buyer unless the product is defective

Defective Products

If your scanner arrives defective or stops working within the manufacturer warranty period, we will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you. Contact us with your order number and a description of the issue.
